Aventra helps travelers explore and shape personalized Sri Lanka itineraries. We're seeking genuine licensed local destination-management companies and travel operators for a carefully controlled, partner-led fulfillment pilot.
No commitment or paid account is required just to apply. Applications do not guarantee approval, customer requests, revenue or a contract.

How onboarding works

Create a business profile
Tell us your registered business name, service areas and whether you operate complete journeys, ground services or both.

Submit private verification records
Supply business registration, applicable tourism licence and insurance evidence through Aventra's secure upload. Staff review every required record independently.

Agree on operations and commercial terms
Aventra and the operator discuss inclusions, quotation deadlines, supplier obligations, support, cancellations and an explicit commission. Both parties must execute a separate agreement.

Supervised pilot before activation
Only a verified, contracted operator can be considered for a staging rehearsal. Participation, traveler inquiries and payment handling are not automatically enabled.
What to prepare before applying
Have your business registration, current relevant tourism/travel-agency licence, applicable insurance and an overview of your destinations, transport, suppliers, customer support and booking responsibilities ready. Aventra reviews the exact scope and the status of submitted records independently.
You can also check your tourism registration details using the official Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority guidance or the registered travel-agent directory. Aventra must still inspect any submitted evidence rather than treating directory appearance as an automatic approval.
