Privacy & traveler control
Account details, explicit travel preferences, journey plans, booking-request records, confirmations, documents and alert choices are used to provide the features you ask for.
Aventra sends the information needed to generate your requested journey direction. AI output is planning guidance—not a booking, visa decision, safety guarantee or provider confirmation.
Private document paths, push encryption material, operational secrets and internal provider payloads are not included in traveler-facing exports.
Signed-in travelers can download a structured copy of their Aventra data and submit a reviewed account-deletion request.
Provider-confirmation standard
Your choices and contact details were recorded for review. No service is confirmed yet.
Availability, price and operating conditions may still change.
Only provider-backed confirmation and securely issued records move an item into confirmed status.
Planning budgets, AI recommendations and saved itinerary items remain estimates until a provider confirms the service. Online payment is not active during this pilot unless a later screen explicitly states otherwise.
Changes, cancellations & refunds
A submitted or reviewing request may be cancellable from its journey timeline. Aventra records the cancellation for accountability.
Supplier terms, deadlines, availability and possible charges can apply. Aventra must verify the provider response before promising an outcome.
A refund is not complete until the relevant provider and payment record confirm it. Aventra will show evidence rather than treating a request as money returned.
Support & emergency boundary
For immediate danger, urgent medical help, crime or a life-safety event, contact the local emergency service for your current location and a trusted person nearby. Do not wait for an Aventra support response. For non-emergency itinerary, provider, document, account or technical issues, submit a support request below.
