Email-based account creation, verification, sign-in and recovery are available.
Journey planning
Travelers can complete a brief, receive journey directions and compare a full plan.
Booking requests
Travelers can submit a request for review; a submitted request is not a confirmed booking.
In-app journey alerts
Provider-backed and operational journey updates can appear inside Aventra.
Live Trip Mode
Mobile-first trip context, today view and controlled offline essentials are available.
Travel Vault
Travelers can keep supported journey documents in their private account area.
Traveler support
Signed-in travelers can create and track non-emergency support requests.
Pilot feedback
Travelers can report completed, partial or blocked outcomes to the pilot team.

Reviewed operating workflows
These outcomes require an Aventra operator, provider evidence or an identity review. They are not automatic.
Duffel flight offer search
The pilot flight search is wired to Duffel. Availability depends on configured pilot credentials; offers are rechecked before any future order.
Nuitee hotel rate search
The pilot hotel path is wired to Nuitee search-and-save. Rates require prebook verification before payment or confirmation.
Provider matching
Aventra operators review provider options and responses before presenting outcomes.
Booking confirmation
A person verifies provider evidence before a request is shown as confirmed or issued.
Privacy requests
Data export and deletion requests use a reviewed identity and operations workflow.
Not active
Prepared but unavailable
These capabilities cannot be used by pilot travelers. A code merge alone cannot activate them.
Online payments
No public payment gateway or in-app checkout is active during this pilot.
Automatic provider booking
Aventra does not automatically bind inventory or place provider bookings.
Device push delivery
Push infrastructure is prepared, but public device delivery credentials are not active.
Provider payouts
Automated provider settlement and payout processing are not active.
Direct flight and rail ticketing
Aventra does not directly issue live flight or rail inventory during this pilot.
Confidence boundary
A request is not a booking. An estimate is not a price guarantee.
Only provider-backed evidence can move a request to confirmed or issued. For immediate danger, urgent medical help, crime or a life-safety event, contact local emergency services and a trusted person nearby.
